Gaston food Hub
The newest spot for collaboration, studies, and great food! Gaston's 5 different food options allowed for more variety in barren section in the university, aiding the nursing school and the hospital as a hole. I am honored to have been a part of the marketing and brand creation at such a University.

I loved working on this location in particular. It allowed a more free-flowing and creative outlook. The character is based in old cartoon stylization.
Chili Cookoff
Battle of the chefs
One of the last events at my time with UVA Dine, we held a Chili Cook-off. I pushed for this event for over a year, and the outcome was better then what could have ever been expected. The top 3 Chefs competed for the newly Chili Cook-off champ trophy.
